Siew Ling, Senior Manager
Siew Ling is the head of SEO department at SearchGuru. With over 7 years of experience, she has acquired many certifications from Google and other professional SEO programmes. She has attended several international conferences where other experts in the SEO community from all around the world come together to share industry insights and learnings.
Her team consists of 20 SEO specialists that manages campaigns for clients ranging from small start-ups to large e-commerce businesses as well as global brands in over 6 countries and 5 different languages. Their campaigns have received multiple search marketing awards in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore respectively.
Today, her focus is to keep herself and the team constantly up-to-date with the latest changes in the rapidly evolving field of SEO and algorithm upgrades. She has also started a small academy offering internship courses to local and foreign students who are interested in learning SEO.

Justin Chen, Manager

Justin Chen, Manager
Justin Chen is a Performance Marketer at SearchGuru, he is a part of the management team who facilitates and coaches a team of over 30 performance and social marketing specialists too. He has managed hundreds of campaigns, across various verticals locally and internationally. He is a certified Facebook Blueprint practitioner who has experienced in managing local and multinational brands including Grab, Mercedes Benz, Herbalife, Cigna and others to upscale their business through different marketing platforms. Justin has experience in working with client across APAC region including Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and various UAE countries.
His campaign in mobile advertising category had received the performance honors award by Google. He is also the winner of the Marketing Excellence Award in the performance marketing category. During his free time, he will guide SME owners to help them in gaining brand exposure and ROI through his extensive experience in digital marketing.

Jackson Lim is a certified SEO practitioner at SearchGuru, coaching a team of 20 SEO and content specialists. He has managed a wide range of projects in different scales and industries, including banking and finance, portals, real estate, education, properties, beauty and healthcare, and corporate businesses across APAC region including Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
He is one of the featured speakers for FMM (Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers) Business Best Practices Seminar 2019. He provides consulting and training services to his clients on the latest and relevant digital marketing trends as well as strategies in SEO and content marketing.

Greg How is the first hybrid specialist in SearchGuru who manages both SEO and Performance Marketing campaigns. He is currently leading and training a group of more than 30 performance marketing specialists. As part of the very few appointed Google Digital Guru Ambassador, Greg has a very diverse experience in managing account from different verticals and markets, which includes Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and various SEA countries. His clients include Maxis, Singapore Management University (SMU), Renault, JBL, Jobstreet and to name a few.
Greg had also won the Google Premier Partner Award 2018 for Search Innovation and he is a Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Certified Professional for Display and Video 360 too. Also, he is one of the finalists for Digital Person of the Year 2019.

Eric Ng manages Performance Marketing Department at SearchGuru. As part of the management team, he facilitates and coaches a team of over 30 performance and social marketing specialists. He is certified in Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and is also a Facebook Blueprint Certified Buyer.
At SearchGuru, he is the go to person for hotel vertical and helped many notable hotels such as Wyndham Hotels, Tune Hotels, Concorde Hotels and Ovolo Hotels with their digital strategy and campaigns. MARKies awarded his campaign with a Gold award in 2017 for the category “Best Use of Search”. Besides that, he has worked with different clients from a wide range of industries such as Telco, Start Ups, Finance, Automotive, Education, Property and more. He is a strong advocate of a data-driven approach and believes there are many untold stories in past data that can help a business achieve its objectives.

With 7 years of experience in SEO field, she oversees campaigns from local to international brands across 3 countries – Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong; specializes mainly on beauty, cosmetics, healthcare and ecommerce.
Cecilia acquired various certifications from Google and other professional SEO programmes. She is passionate about digital marketing and actively researching the latest development of digital realm. She had attended several international summits and conferences to participate in conversations with the SEO community and peers. Also, she conducts training for SEO specialists and corporate executives.
